At $149, it's a wealth of information that's specifically designed to help Reps achieve success with WorldVentures.  These will be available for order within the next week for those who were not at the View.  And, as a Limited Promotion, the DriveTime University CD Series will be available for a special, Introductory Price of only $119!
 

New Rep Welcome Kit
You asked and we listened!  This has been one of our most requested items.  Now, beginning with enrollments on or after 10.18.08, ALL new WorldVentures Representatives will receive a Representative Welcome Kit in the mail within a week of enrollment.

Each kit will include: Success From Home magazine, a DreamTrips magazine, the new Presentation DVD, a Welcome Letter from CEO Mike Conway, an 8 Steps to Success Checklist, a  Marketing Tools Flyer, and a copy of the Voyager newsletter from the PSP.

Again, you asked, we listened!  It's PERMANENT!  From now on,  when you achieve that magic 6 (2 Reps who activate their business, 1 left, 1 right + 4 Customers anywhere), you'll have your monthly fees waived as long as they stay active!
 

The Representative Business System (RBS)

Over the last year, the RBS has been greatly enhanced.  You now have three video-driven marketing websites at your fingertips: your .biz, LTCMovie.com, and WorldVenturesDreamTrips.com. 

This weekend we announced that we will be rolling out a brand new back office platform as well!  This is enterprise-level software that will provide much greater functionality, stability and reliability, and will allow us to scale as we continue to experience incredible growth.

When the system launches you will see new reports that will allow you to manage your team, research information, and communicate directly with your downline like never before. 

Additionally, we're rolling out a brand new 3-D Binary Tool that will allow you to navigate your downline visually in a way you never dreamed possible.  Suffice to say NO ONE in the industry has anything like this!

These new back office upgrades will be rolling out next week; read on for details.

In addition to the technology upgrades, we've moved into our new home office, hired new staff and dramatically improved the level of service we offer.

All of the above, combined with the brand new Rep Kit has lead us to change the price of the RBS.

Beginning Saturday, October 18th, the RBS will be priced at $99.95 initially plus $9.95/month after that.  This will further contribute to the separation of Customers and Representatives that is essential to the company's long-term success.  By increasing the barrier to entry just slightly, we can make sure that someone who really only wants to be a customer STAYS a customer!  And the good news is, if a Rep becomes FQR+, their monthly RBS fee will be waived as well!

For all EXISTING Reps, great news, you (and anyone else who enrolls prior to midnight, Central, October 17th) are permanently grandfathered under the old plan, so you'll never have to pay the $9.95/month.

Compensation

Double Cycles!  A 2X Pay Increase!

How would you like a pay raise?  Just when the economy is struggling and everyone else is cutting back, WorldVentures wants to pay you MORE.  So we're launching a Double Cycles Limited Promotion.  Now, every time you earn Three (3) or more cycles in a week, we'll DOUBLE the $100.  So 9 sales left, and 9 sales right will now pay you $600 instead of $300!

This is HUGE!  WorldVentures is a Leadership-driven company and we know that the more leaders we have, the faster the business will grow.  And the best part is, ANYONE can qualify for double cycles, no matter what your rank is or how long you've been in the business!  This will allow all of those Senior Reps, Directors, and even Marketing Directors to go FULL-TIME faster.  The more Full-Time Leaders we have, the more events that they can host, the more traveling they can do, and the more support they can provide.

LTC Sales Credits

Like the DreamTrips, the LTC package, when purchased alone will generate a $50 Direct Commission and a .5 sales credit into the binary tree.  Of course, the overwhelming majority of our customers see the value and purchase both of our products at the same time, which will continue to generate a $100 Direct Commission and a full sales credit in the binary tree.

Income Requirements

With the new Double Cycles Promotion, the Income Requirements for MD-IMD have been changed to match the double cycles promotion.  The way they were originally calculated was based on maxing out the monthly back-end commissions of the previous rank, and then generating a modest level of production on a weekly basis.  To calculate the new numbers, we simply took the same production level (which was already over three cycles per week) and doubled it.  So, the new monthly requirement (over a three month average) will be: MD - $4,000, RMD - $9,000, NMD - $17,000, and IMD - $29,000.  It's basically the same level of production as before.

Don't worry!  All Representatives enrolled prior to Midnight, October 17th will be grandfathered through December 31st at the OLD income requirements.  That way if you were already on the cusp of hitting a rank you will not be held back from doing so!
 

Price, Compensation, Back Office Rollout Schedule
Here's the schedule for how it's all going down this week:

-As stated, the 2-for-1 ends at midnight Central time Friday, October 17th

-Shortly after midnight, the IT team will be taking the System down Saturday and Sunday (October 18th & 19th) for migration to the new Back Office platform. On Monday, October 20th, the system will be live again with the new back office and the new price points and promotion.

-On Friday, October 17th, the new Product Order Form and Rep Agreement .pdfs will be live in the back office for download and use over the weekend.

-On Saturday, October 18th, the new WorldVentures 14 Minute Movie will go live, along with the new Narrated Presentation on Buttons #1 & #2.  Also on Saturday, the movies on the WorldVenturesDreamTrips.com and LTCMovie.com, as well as the TravelPresentation.com websites will all be updated.

-Over the weekend, the front of your websites SHOULD continue to function normally.  However, any "Log In" or "Sign Up" functionality will not be available.

-On Monday, the Back Office Upgrades will go live, along with the new Compensation Plan and Price changes.

-The updated WorldVentures Business Overview Presentations have been updated and are available for download.
 

2009 Convention
Great News!  The 2009 Convention has been officially announced!  In 2009 we're bringing it home to Dallas, TX, March 13-15 for our biggest, most over-the-top Convention yet!  VIP Seating has already sold out, but General Admission tickets are available now from the back office, under the "Events" tab.  It's going to be an unbelievable event, so you definitely want to reserve your tickets today. 
 

2009 Journey
The dates for Journey 2009 have been announced.  June 16-21, we're heading back to the Westin Mission Hills Resort & Spa in Palm Springs, CA for another unforgettable week of personal development.  The event registration page will be up within the next week or so, so keep checking back for more info!.
 

Kim Eaton Hero Award: Byron Schrag

On May 13, 2008, WorldVentures lost a leader, a friend, a role model, and a hero in the form of Kim Eaton.  A member of the WorldVentures family since the beginning, she was a testament to the company's life-changing mission.  In December of 2006 she was diagnosed with stage IV breast cancer and given a prognosis of only a few of weeks.  She checked out of the hospital to go to the Florida Acceleration that weekend and proceeded to turn those "weeks" into 17 MONTHS!

In her honor, we re-named the WorldVentures Hero Award, which she had received in 2007 at the View, the Kim Eaton Hero Award.  While no one may ever go through the extreme situation that Kim went through, we will honor her memory and recognize those who embody that spirit every year at A View From the Edge.

This year's recipient went through a great deal of struggle to get to where he is today.  When he joined WorldVentures, he was in dire straits: two struggling businesses, grueling long hours, an empty bank account, and a spouse who was "less than supportive.".

He went to work and today, he is one of the top income earners in the company.  Both alone, and with his partners in the G5, Byron Schrag has demonstrated an indomitable spirit and drive to succeed, even in the face of adversity that would have crushed a lesser person. 

A testament to the life-changing power of WorldVentures, Byron is an IMD with his partners, and an RMD and WorldVentures Trainer himself.  He has provided leadership and inspiration to his team, fellow trainers, and the WorldVentures Owners and Executives. 

Therefore, we honor Byron Schrag as the recipient of the 2008 Kim Eaton Hero Award!  Congratulations to Byron and Susan, we love you guys.
 

New Trainers

At WorldVentures, we are committed to training.  Our goal is to provide a training series in our Acceleration Workshops, A View From the Edge, and Journey trainings that is second to none.  To do that, we need the best of the best.  We want trainers who are playing at the very top of their game in WorldVentures, TODAY. 

As such, we are excited to recognize the addition of WorldVentures Trainers Ed Terranova, Gerald Willhite, David Pietsch!  They have singled themselves out as leaders through their personalities, commitment, and performance.  We're proud of what they've accomplished and thrilled to have them on board as trainers.  Look for them on an Acceleration Workshop stage near you in the very near future!
