Prior to founding WorldVentures with Chief Executive Officer Mike Azcue, Wayne worked as an executive in the MLM and travel industries, consistently performing in the top 1 percent of direct sales, while building several global organizations with more than 100,000 representatives, and generating over $100 million in sales. Today, he is considered the No. 1 authority on integrating direct sales and travel, and is known as "The Mary Kay of Travel." While Wayne's executive leadership and insight are extensions of his relentless study of the best management and leadership principles, his years in the U.S. Marine Corps also established his "will to win" and his desire to operate as a servant leader. On a daily basis, Wayne continues to participate and advance the operational capabilities of the WorldVentures team.
