WorldVentures Product Terms and Conditions

1. I authorize WorldVentures to immediately withdraw monthly dues/fees for the product(s) I have selected on my Application from my credit card identified on said Application.

2. To change my method of payment or the authorized amount, I understand that I must submit a new Order Form to WorldVentures. At the top of the form I shall denote the words PAYMENT INFORMATION CHANGE. If more than one such agreement has been submitted; I agree that the most recent agreement will supersede all previous agreements. WorldVentures reserves the right to change its prices associated with its products and services upon the giving of not less than 30 days prior notice.

3. This Agreement will remain in effect until I: (i) elect to alter or change any aspect of this Agreement by submitting a new signed product purchase agreement; (ii) send, in writing, my cancellation of my participation to WorldVentures at 4975 Preston Park Blvd. #550, Plano, TX 75093 (Notice must include your signature, printed name, address, and Member Identification Number), or (iii) stop payment of any withdrawals by WorldVentures by notifying your issuing bank at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled charging of your account. If a cancellation notice is received fewer than five (5) days prior to the scheduled charging date, cancellation will become effective in month following the month in which your notice of cancellation is received by WorldVentures.

Alaska Residents: You may cancel this Agreement without penalty or obligation within five days of the date of the Agreement and receive a full refund. See the below Notice of Right to Cancel.

Kentucky Residents: You may cancel this Agreement without penalty or obligation within thirty days of the date of the Agreement and receive a full refund. See the below Notice of Right to Cancel. If you cancel after thirty days, you will be entitled to receive a pro rata refund without deduction for benefits received.

New Hampshire Residents: If you cancel this Agreement more than three business days after its execution, you are entitled to a pro rata refund of your Membership fees without deduction for benefits received.

Wisconsin Residents: You may cancel this Agreement within three months or within three days of your first purchase under the DreamTrips Membership, whichever occurs first. If you cancel within the first fifteen days of Membership, you will receive a full refund of your Membership fee. If you cancel within three months of this Agreement or within three days of your first purchase (whichever occurs first), you will be entitled to a pro rata refund of your Membership fee, without deduction for benefits received.

4. DreamTrips Members may purchase the goods and services described at WorldVentures’ web site or the travel web sites of WorldVentures Representatives and Leisure Travel Consultants. Such goods and services may only be purchased through such web sites without opportunity for inspection. You may be required to pay freight costs, handling fees, and other costs incidental to the purchase of such goods or services. The goods and services available through DreamTrips Membership are purchased from third party vendors and not WorldVentures. WorldVentures makes no representation to the quality of such goods or services provided by the aforementioned third party. We agree to provide you with all the information that has been made provided to us about each trip.

5. DreamTrips Members may take dependent children on DreamTrips by paying the company designated trip charge. Children may be charged an additional Dependent Child Fee (DCF). The additional DCF is particular to each DreamTrip and will change accordingly. See WorldVentures website or each DreamTrip specific brochure for details. Dependent children are those children residing with their parent(s) or legal guardian(s), in school and 18 years of age or under. Those children who are over the age of 18, un-married, residing with their parent(s) or legal guardian(s), and attending school (up to the age of 25) are also considered dependent children. In addition, a child that is permanently handicapped (no matter what age) and under the direct care of his or her parent(s) or legal guardian(s) is a dependent child.

6. I agree that it is my responsibility to choose which DreamTrips I purchase and that not electing to participate in all or any of the DreamTrips offered does not constitute a breach of this agreement. I further agree that I will not be eligible for a full or partial refund of my Membership Fee and Monthly Fees as a result of my non-participation in any of the DreamTrips offered by WorldVentures.

7. I agree that due to the inherently limited inventory in the travel industry, the published price for each DreamTrip is not guaranteed to all members regardless of attendance volume. I further agree that WorldVentures will make every available opportunity to offer me the best possible price but that prices may increase above the initially published price due to limited inventory availability.

8. LTC Tutorial Package. If you have purchased the LTC Tutorial, instructions regarding access to the tutorial and instructions regarding setting-up your LTC portal will be delivered to you at the email address you listed on the front of this agreement. Your use of the tutorial as well as the LTC portal is subject to additional terms and conditions and terms of use which you will be able to review prior to accessing those materials. Such terms and conditions and terms of use are incorporated into and made a part of this agreement by this reference.
 

9. ADVERTISING AS SELLER OF TRAVEL

WorldVentures Marketing, LLC is a registered seller of travel in Nevada and under Nevada’s seller of travel regulations.

No advertisement may be published in Nevada regarding WorldVentures without prior written approval from WorldVentures of the proposed advertisement All advertising regarding WorldVentures in Nevada must clearly display in the advertising in at least 10-point bold type in an easily readable font the following:

RECOVERY FUND FOR CONSUMERS DAMAGED BY SELLERS OF TRAVEL

You may be eligible for payment from the Recovery Fund if you have paid
money to a seller of travel registered in this state for the purchase of travel services or a vacation certificate and you have suffered certain financial damages as a result of the transaction.
