Dream Courts Come to Omaha, Nebraska

Plano, Texas — October 18, 2017 Ivan Gilreath, President and CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of the Midlands, unveiled a new outdoor Dream Court at the South Unit of the Boys & Girls Club in Omaha, Nebraska on October 6, 2017. Dream Courts, a collaboration between Nancy Lieberman Charities, WorldVentures Foundation and Sport Court®, are avant-garde courts where children in challenged communities can play sports and forge friendships.

“We are honored to be opening a new Dream Court®, in Omaha that provides safe play areas where children learn sports and life skills.” said Gwyneth Lloyd, executive director of WorldVentures Foundation.

Representatives of the Boys & Girls Club of the Midlands and Sport Court — the company that crafted and installed the play spaces — were among the dignitaries present. The opening on October 6 brings the total number of Dream Courts nationwide to 45.

Funding for the Dream Court project was raised from private sources in an effort spearheaded by WorldVentures Independent Representative Deb Ball. “I have always wanted to give back to the community, and do something special for the kids. We are so grateful and blessed with the opportunity to make this DreamCourt possible, with the support of the WV Foundation, Nancy Lieberman, and all our donors”, said Debra Ball, lead fundraiser.
