Rovia Names Industry Veteran and Travel Evangelist Jim Menge President
Sep. 19, 2016—(Plano, Texas)—Rovia™, LLC, award-winning travel and service provider for membership-based global travel, today announced Jim Menge has been named President, effective immediately.
Menge, a traveller by profession and by nature, and author of Business Evangelism: From Prospect to Customer for Life, has held leadership roles with some of the world’s leading travel companies prior to joining Rovia. He was the Chief Marketing Officer of Silvercar, Inc. the Audi-exclusive car rental company, served in leadership roles at other diverse travel companies such as Viajanet, SilverRail, and was the Executive Vice President of Member Development at Virtuoso.
Menge was also the Travel Evangelist and Vice President of Technology Business Development at SABRE, the world's largest provider of air and hotel technologies, where the outcome of his development initiatives resulted in new products, services and major travel agency efficiencies. Previous to joining SABRE, Menge led the American Airlines Technology Product Marketing team, bringing Internet technologies to their travel distribution channels.
